Msn / Windows Live - New viruses / phishing scams

Today 2 different contacts auto sent me a phishing link over MSN / Windows Live Messenger. This happened periodically every half an hour or so. The contact would then go offline.

one was a link to a blog site which had a message like this:
"Hey check out this funny BLOG about you lol..."

the other one was to http://hi5-photos.org/viewimages.php?=(youremailhere)

You must make sure you don't click on these links as they will most likely install viruses on your computer.

If you have clicked on this link or anything close to this and believe you are infected:

• change your password
  
• run an antivirus program (like avg (free), Mcafee, etc)
• run a anti - spyware program (like Adaware (free))
